Agromelca. FIMA 2024 International Agricultural Machinery Fair

From February 13 to 17, the 43rd edition of the FIMA International Agricultural Machinery Fair was held in Zaragoza, in which Agromelca was present with our harvesting equipment for almonds, olives and other nuts. In this edition, we were in Pavilion 8 with a new stand where we exhibited several of our collector models, including the new VTR towed collection equipment, which received much of the attention for the innovation in the collection sector. Other models on display were the VM1-XT10 front collectors with Turbo Vibration, VMS1 and VMS2. And the rear collection models VT00-XT10 and VTL, model without collection platform. From Agromelca we are very grateful to everyone who stopped by our stand to be interested in our work.

Agromelca. Visit of our distributor Nalçabasmaz Tarim

Agromelca. Front collector for almonds, olives and nuts VMS

The VMS model is the best front collector for almonds, nuts and olives. The VMS series is specially designed to overcome the limitations of front collection equipments and provide everything necessary to perform optimal work. Our VMS vibration equipment is provided everything necessary to perform optimal work. Our VMS vibration equipment is equipped with the new tubular iron platform. The fruit storage capacity is between 500 to 700 kg depending on the type of fruit to collect. The installation of two augers inside the platform prevents the accumulation of fruit getting homogenous distribution, this fruit is discharged through a lower hydraulic gate. The VMS1 model incorporates two peelers and side augers with hydraulic speed regulation. The VMS2 model does not incorporate the peelers and side augers.

The VTS model is the best suspended rear collector for almonds and nuts. The VTS series is specially designed to overcome the limitations of rear collection equipment and provide everything necessary to perform optimal and efficient work. Our VTS vibration equipment is equipped with the new tubular iron platform. The fruit storage capacity is between 500 to 700 kg depending on the type of fruit to be collected. The installation of two augers inside the platform prevents the accumulation of the fruit getting homogenous distribution and the fruit is discharged by means of one auger through the channeling tube to the front of the platform.

Agromelca. Front collector for almonds, nuts and olives VM with Turbo Vibration

The VM-XT10 TRV models are the best front harvester due to its high performance, great versatility and many advantages for harvesting almonds and olives. Our VM collection equipment is equipped with the TRV (turbo vibration) vibration system with 1 vibration in each direction + 1 turbo vibration in each direction. The tubular platform can be simple or mixed, incorporating 2 augers + 2 peelers (skinning machines) + 2 tank filling sensors. In both models, the fruit is unloaded quickly through a lower gate down the platform. Three types of heads can be incorporated, depending on the tree to be harvester, with regulation of the clamping force of the arms to the trunk: 3-points closing head, Z10 parallel head or Z20 parallel head. The VM1 model has 3 movements: Clamp rotation + 50cm extendable telescopic + independent lifting of the umbrella. The VM2 has 4 movements: Clamps rotation + 75cm extended telescopic + independent lifting of the umbrella + right-left lateral rotation.

Agromelca. Lateral rear collector for almonds, olives and other fruits VTL

The VTL model is the best lateral rear collector for almonds, olives and other fruits without a collecting platform. This model is designed for the collection of all types of trees. Our VTL vibration equipment incorporates support tires for maneuvers and circulation, which allow us to install it on a small tractor. This collector works at reduced height to facilitate maneuvers is very narrow plantations frames or in plantations that there are difficult to access with machinery to carry out the harvest.
